Acoustic Noise Cancelling began with the original QuietComfort headphones from Bose. Tiny mics hidden in the earcups measure, compare, and react to outside noise, then cancel it with the opposite signal. Choose Quiet Mode for full noise cancelling, or Aware Mode to let in your environment.
Aware ModeAware Mode brings the outside in. Microphones pick up the sounds around you and play them naturally through the headphones for increased awareness of your surroundings. It’s your music (or messages, or podcasts) and your environment at the same time.
Clearer callsA quad microphone system uses tiny mics working together to focus on your voice with a noise-rejecting algorithm that filters out surrounding sounds. Ideal for when making or taking phone calls on the go.
